Fundraisers

Parent club is responsible on the school budget for $130,000.  Below are the activities that parents are responsible for in support of the school and to keep tuition at its current rate.

Campus Volunteer Hours

  • 10 hours

$450 late/miss shift fee

FALL

  • Oktoberfest
  • Festa Booth
    • Two 5 hour shifts
    • $450 late/miss shift fee
  • Raffle Calendars
  • 16 calendars per family at $35 each
  • Holy Roller Night (Poker Night)

WINTER

  • Vendor Faire

SPRING

  • Spring Festival
    • $200 in event tickets or raffle tickets
    • One 5 hour shift
  • Take-out Dinner
  • Popcorn Sale
  • Vendor Faire (Mother’s Day)
  • Jog-a-thon
  • Holy Roller Night (Poker Night)

Administration reserves the right to add fundraisers to the above list as the necessary to meet the budget needs of the school.
